New Foe and Bonus Items!

Happy Christmas Eve-Eve!

As a final update to Blood Yule before Christmas, I'm pleased to give you a pair of festive treats expanding on the rules. A second poll over on my twitter voted for an additional bonus foe: the flaming fir tree. This walking, burning Christmas tree stomps around punching outsiders and setting rooms on fire. As the conflagration starts to spread, outsiders must move quickly to try and extinguish them before the entire place is engulfed in flames. Why is the tree on fire? Why is it so angry? Who knows!

I've also added some additional items as an alternative to the ones commonly found in the base game of Bar the Windows, Bolt the Doors. Now, when you survey or scavenge you can opt to substitute the result for one of three seasonal items: a lump of coal, and intensely aged Christmas pudding, and a Christmas list which allows you to enact a ritual to summon Santa himself as a bonus outsider you can control in the fight against darkness!
